So far in Private Peaceful...
Molly's mother came to confront Charlie after finding the love letters that Charlie had been sending to Molly. That is when Tommo knew he had been betrayed by Molly and Charlie which had made him quite upset. Charlie and Tommo had a talk and they found out that they both love Molly but Charlie wants to stay friends but Tommo said yes but he didn't mean it.




After all of this Bertha(The Dog) started to go missing from time to time she did eventually come home or Mother and Big Joe would find her somewhere. But this time she did not come home. While they were out searching for Bertha,Tommo heard a gunshot and found Bertha dead on the ground with the Colonel standing over her with a shotgun in his hands, Charlie and Molly seen this happen.




One night big Joe went missing,Tommo and Charlie went to ask people for help,they all agreed that the sounding of the church bell would signify that Big Joe had been found. Tommo and Charlie eventually figured out that Big Joe was in the church tower because that's where he thought heaven was,That's where they found him.




Charlie and Tommo came home one evening to find Molly crying in their house. They found out that she had been thrown out by her Mother and Father and was told not to come back. The reason was that she was pregnant with Charlie's baby. Because of this the Vicar agreed to marry them, it was a quiet wedding.




Tommo had been at the market selling rams for Farmer Cox, when a Sergeant Major spoke to the crowd about looking for Recruits for the Army. But Tommo ran off when the Sergeant Major pointed at him telling him to become a Recruit.But when Tommo was walking home he thought it would be a good idea to join up but he was too young.




The Colonel went to Mother and said that Charlie had to go to war              or the Peaceful's would have to leave the cottage at the end of the month.Charlie agreed to go but Tommo wanted to go with him.Then Charlie and Tommo got the train to go to the war the first train they had been on.Charlie was very thankful that Tommo said that he would go too.

In private peaceful there has been a lot of action and secrecy going around. As Molly, Charlie and Tommo are getting closer Molly and Charlie seem to be becoming closer than best friends. Tommo catch them holding hands and knew that they were not holding hands like when they held hands like the threesum.

Charlie and Molly grew older and were both in the buguns class and eventually leave school. As Molly and Charlie live in the village they work for the colonel. At work and around the village Molly and Charlie start seeing eachother without telling Tommo. As Molly and Charlie are getting closer they seem to have forgotten about Tommo.

In one of the chapters Charlie took a really bad rist by rescueing one of the racing dogs which Charlie and Tommo called Bertha. The colonel was going to shoot her, Charlie tried to convince him just because she couldnt hunt she is still part of the world but the colonel wouldn't have it. Charlie rescued Bertha that night and took her back to the wooden shack which his father built. Unfortunetly the colonel had Charlie as his first suspect and came straight to the peacefuls cottage and insisted that Charlie could not work at the  big house anymore.

The colonel went to Molly house and said that Molly could not see Charlie or Tommo and it was for the best reasons and Mollys parents agreed. Charlie didnt hear from Molly in a while. Tommo eventually caught her at her window and they met under the tree they used to always go. Charlie wrote a letter to Molly and when she read it she shouted "yes!".  Tommo and Molly kept on meeting in secret from her parents and they were sending leffers from Molly to Charlie and from Charlie to Molly. But what Tommo doesn't know is that Molly and Charlie have been seeing eachother and they lie to Tommo.

Molly's parents found all of the letters and tell the peaceful family to stay away from Molly or else they will have to deal with the colonel.

Just a while after that Molly got kicked out of her own home and never to come back, but Mrs Peaceful insisted that she stayed with the Peaceful family as she was now part of the family. Mrs Peaceful broke the news quite quickly that Molly was pregnant in front on Tommo and Charlie.

Later on the army came to recruit anyone that was able to join the army and Tommo had confidence and was really wanting to go for it. One day something was really odd about Molly and Mrs Peaceful. Molly took Charlie and Tommo for a walk. Molly told them what was wrong. If Charlie didn't go to the army they would lose the cottage. So Charlie went off to the army but Tommo wanted to go to go as well. He didnt want to leave his brother.
